In 2016 757 Makerspace expanded operations in Norfolk, VA from a single large warehouse community workshop to an additional building with space for startups, freelancers, remote workers and coffee shop squatters to feel like they belong to a wider community.
Month to month private studios without a long term commitment that includes meeting rooms, open work areas and right across from the warehouse workshop, in a creative atmosphere surrounded with changing art work managed by Makerspace Art Curator Todd Owens.

“The aesthetic of the space comes from the needs of the community, we continue to build on what our community wants to achieve” said Creative Director Beau Turner. “This is a great opportunity to get out from being isolated in your house or if you have a prototype to build in the workshop and expand with a professional location and a creative vibe to launch your business and grow.”
Free parking is included for studio mates, easy access to food, shops, banks, and a walking/bikeable community right in the heart of Ghent in Norfolk, VA. Ride your bike in, lock it up in the first floor bike corral and head upstairs. Sweaty, grab a shower and then get your day started when you are ready, with full 24/7 access to the Studios.
