We have done thousands of classes to empower and teach individuals of all age levels. Walking them through the beginning phases of an idea with design and prototyping help.

We have helped to open maker labs in our local schools, worked with libraries to expand their maker related offerings and trained the trainers to help educate staff and resources.

Members have used the larger open spaces to transform vehicles like School Busses to become traveling Skoolies and has been a building hub for creation of projects to better our community such as The Plot in the Norfolk, VA NEON District, the Parklets in Downtown Norfolk, VA, and Open Norfolk, that focused on building outdoor seating areas for restaurants during the COVID pandemic.

With easy interaction and a safe, supportive environment, our members work and play together, and have formed a unique and creatively-vivacious community that feels like family.
